April 27th, 2008, PM, Ann Federici

Ann was in Miami for a corporate business. After the meetings she decided to enjoy the best Miami has to offer. So she decided to go sailing om Miami's Biscayne Bay. the day was just right. Here is what Ann wrote in the ship's Log:
What a great way to spend a beautiful afternoon and evening. Capt Asaad is a skilled captain and the ride was perfect; the evening ended with a beautiful Sunset. The perfect way to end a day! Ann Federici.

April27th,2008, AM, Christina Hudson & Family

Christina decided to take her family who came from Virginia sailing on Miami's Biscayne Bay.
She could not have picked a better day. Wind at 10-15 K from the East, even the dolphins came to greet young Marah. We also had Malissa from the Sagamore with us as a mate.

April 25th, 2008, Carrie, John, Debra&Dena

Debra came from Holywood Beach, Carrie and John came from Shake a leg and Dena joined us for a spin on Miami's Biscayne Bay. It was blowing 22-25 knots which provided great sailing. Here is what John wrote:

April 20th,2008, PM The Levy's

Patty, David and young Will came to Miami for a short Vacation. They decided to see the best of Miami by spending the afternoon aboard the RA, sailing on Biscayne Bay. The weather was just fantastic. The dolphins came to play and young will was all excited to see them.

April 20th, 2008, Gary and Brian Senk

Brian and his wife and the three lovley daughters came from New Hampshire to enjoy a day sail on Miami's Biscayne bay, so Gary and Caroline invited them to come aboard the RA.
It was really a breathtaking day weather wise. Even the dolphins were enjoying the above water conditions and the kids really enjoyed watching the Dolphins.

April 19, 2008, Chales Pasquale

Charles Pasquale and his lady came from Pompano and Hollywood to enjoy a sunset cruise on Miami's Biscayne Bay. The wind was 10 Knots from the east. We had a nice cruise and watched the beautiful sunset. They said they will be back .

April 13th, 2008, Wimfried's B day,Star regatta

It was Winfried'd Birth day, and his wife Federica wanted to celebrate it on the RA, sailing on beautiful Miami's Biscayne bay. She could not have picked a nicer day for sailing. further more It was the final day for the World Star class championship, over 110 boats were competing today for 4 slots to go to the Olympics . We had a first class view watching the race. I snapped a few picture.
Here is what Federica wrote in the ship's log:
Captain Asaad, thank you so much for such a unique and wonderful cruise! You contributed to an unforgettable celebration of Winfried' Birth Day. Also today was the first time our children were on a sail boat and for them as well this cruise on the RA will be unforgettable. We all enjoyed such a wonderful sea breeze and the first class place to watch the world class star championship Regatta that others can only see on TV. Thank you and all the best to you. We will stay in touch.

April 11th. 2008, Telefonica Regata

The Telefonica people, 100 strong, came from all over to sail on Miami's Biscay.
It was a great day for sailing, we raced from marker 73 by Key Biscayne to Marker B
a close hauled out and a beam reach Back. The wind was 10 to 15 Knots. RA had a great start and we finished in the middle of the 17 boats that entered the race.
A great time was had by all.

I met Evie at the Latin Chamber with Monica Puig. Evie said she wants to go sailing tomorrow.In spite of the warnings of the weather man, we had a perfect day on the water with her cousin Sandra and the children Stephanie and Kenneth;
