David Niblic wanted to arrange for a special going away party for Juliana. She is relocating to Holland. He could not think of anything more memorable than taking her with all her colleagues for a night sail on Biscayne Bay. It was a gorgeous night with almost a full moon and a great sunset. They had plenty to eat and drink and just bonded on the bow all evening. Here is there own words:
